You can insert text by clicking the text object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. If you double-click a text object, you can edit the text content using a text editor.
You can set the font and font styles for text objects.
You can resize the text. The size of the text can be adjusted from 6 to 500px.
You can adjust the spacing between the lines of text.
You can adjust the spacing between the letters in the text.
You can control the margins between the border of a text object and the text.
You can apply the bold, underline, tilt, and erase effects.
You can sort the text to the left, center, right, or both sides.
You can change the color of the text.
You can change the background color of the text object.
You can change the thickness and color of the object's border (solid, dotted).
In Text Editor mode, you can also drag the typed text to make partial corrections. You can apply different fonts, styles, sizes, alignments, and text colors to different parts.
You can insert a shape object by clicking the shape object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. You can change the shape of the default shape (square) to use it as the shape you want.
You can change the shape of the shape object. You can change it to 20 different shapes.
Some shapes have transform options. When you change the transformation value, the shape is changed. Even if the size of the shape changes, the set transformation angle is maintained.
You can change the color of the shape object.
You can change the thickness and color of the object's border (solid, dotted).
You can insert a line object by clicking the line object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas.
You can change the shape of the start and end points of a line object. You can also select an arrow shape and a circle shape.
You can select line type (solid line, dotted line) of line object and change line thickness and color.
You can insert an image object by clicking the image object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. Image objects are only available through the Image library.

You can insert an image by opening the Image library.
Image editor allows you to edit images quickly and easily.
You can change the thickness and color of the object's border (solid, dotted).
You can set the border radius to round the edges of the image.
If an image is not inserted in an image object and you click an image object, the Image library opens. However, if the image is inserted, the Image editor opens.
You can insert a vector object by clicking the vector object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. Vector images are displayed clearly when zooming in or out of the image without damaging the picture. You can change the color of each side within the authoring tool, so you can create clean, clear-looking content.
You can insert a vector image by clicking the Vector library button in the panel or by double-clicking the vector object to open the Vector library.
You can partially change the color of the vector image.
You can change the background color of the vector object.
You can change the thickness and color of the object's border (solid, dotted).
You can set the border radius to round the edges of the image.
You can insert a table object by clicking the table object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas.
You can easily manage the rows and columns of a table by entering numbers only.
You can modify the font, thickness, size, alignment, and color of text entered in the table object.
You can change the background color of the entire cell of the table object.
You can change the thickness and color of the entire line of the table, including the border line of the table object.
You can adjust the margins between the contents of each cell of the table and the border.
You can right-click a table object to open the Cell setting option. The Cell setting option allows you to set the background color of each cell or add/delete rows or columns to the up, down, left and right side of the selected cell.
You can insert audio by clicking the audio object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. Audio objects can be inserted through the Audio library.

Audio objects do not support the Property panel. When audio is inserted, an audio icon is created in the lower right corner of the canvas, an audio object is created in the Layer panel, and can be deleted from the Layer panel.
To use an audio object, you must apply a playback action after insertion. If you do not apply the playback action, no sound will be heard. Please refer to 7. Action for how to apply playback action.
You can insert a video object by clicking the video object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. YouTube / Vimeo video insertion is supported, not video file upload.
The link of the inserted video is displayed.
You can insert/change the video by double-clicking the video object or clicking the Change video button.
How to insert YouTube videos
① Click the video object in the Object panel on the left side of the XELF authoring tool to create a video object.
② Double-click the video object, or click the 'Change video' button in the video property panel.
③ Click the Share button of the YouTube / Vimeo video you want to insert to copy the address.
④ Type a link in the video address bar of the video insert pop-up.
⑤ Click the Insert button to confirm that the video you want to insert is correct, then press the OK button to insert the video into the page.
You can insert a memo object by clicking the memo object icon in the Object panel on the left side of the canvas. During project creation, you can make notes as needed, which are only shown on the authoring tool canvas and not on the actual viewer/PDF/video.
You can modify the font, thickness, size, alignment, and color of text entered in the note object.
You can change the background color of the note object.
